Palkon Ko Bhigoyen Kaise...A Ghazal By My Father

Hi There

Check out a new composition... 'Palkon Ko Bhigoyen Kaise'. Its a Ghazal written
by my father Professor Shahryar. My good friend Navneet Kedar has composed it and
has also done the music arrangements. Talented Nabeel Feroz has played
the Acoustic and Electric guitars. I have sung it. Hope you like it.

Neend ki os se palkon ko bhigoyen kaise
Jaagna jiska muqaddar ho, vo soye kaise

Ret daaman mein ho ya dasht mein, bus ret hi hai
Ret mein fasle-tamanna, koi boye kaise

Ye to achcha hai koi, poochnewala, na raha
Kaise kuch log mile the hamein, khoye kaise

Varna sailaab baha le gaya hota, sab kuch,
Aankh ko zapt ki takeed hai, roye kaise.
