King Khan-The Official Opus Of Shahrukh Khan

A formal announcement of Shahrukh Khan's autobiography King Khan The Official Opus Of Shahrukh Khan will take place tomorrow December 11 at a hotel in Bombay. Karl Flower, CEO of Opus Media Group will make the formal announcement while Shahrukh will be signing the Copy Number 1 signature page. The autobiography will be out in 2012. The fans may be interested in logging on to srkopus.com and register themselves. Also log on to thisisopus.com that tells you how exclusive this publishing house is and has been associated with select achievers.

    Hey man, what's up? Just wondering what's going on with the new format of the site? The old format was much more user friendly and a lot faster. You're the broadband content head so I'm not sure how much you do in terms of site design,layout, and the technical stuff like the site loading slow, but you're the most easily accessible so I thought I'd share my feedback with you. As a guy who used to log on back when the site was IndiaFM and even before there was broadband content, I wanted to provide feedback on the new layout which can be irritatingly slow at times. I want to watch your Anil Kapoor interview but it's taking forever to load. Otherwise Bollywood Hungama Rocks and I hope it keeps rocking!

    Thanks Celeste for the mention. Well, Anonymous, we are aware of the issues on the new BH and our team is constantly working on ways to rectify the shortcomings. Kindly have patience, things will be sorted soon.

    Yes Margaret, Shahrukh's book is eagerly awaited for sure...he speaks very well, must be a good writer too

    To be honest Sir. I'm a bit confused in the Moment. Do you ever have take a look at the Prices Opus have for thier Books? Why in the World Shah Rukh is publishing his book through a publishing house which is ways to expensive for the most of his Fans. Please say us this really Shah Rukhs Autobiography? If yes it will stay a Dream for the Most Shah Rukh Fans to read what Shah Rukh wrote. I can not imagine that Shah Rukh is doing that to his Fans. That is not He. Please can you clarify this please?

    Some first release books here run around 20-30 USD.Probably depending on how many editions are published..hopefully all can enjoy. I'll have to get mine through Amazon if they have it *crosses fingers*

    Wow! That is great news! I hope it is available here in Canada. The price will be doubled but it will be worth it. Hearing King Khan's story from him is priceless!

    PS. Faridoon Sir I was watching your Ranveer Singh interview after I went to see Ladies vs Ricky Bahl and I have to say it was a really chilled out interaction.

    @ Mis4Margaret Do you have take a look at Opus Webside? Their Books cost not onoly 20-30 USD The cheapest i saw was 280 pounds and the expensivest around 8000 pounds. Thats why i have ask if this is really The Book Shah Rukh is writing now since 20 years.

    Maya..I checked the conversion table. True the first editions are always collectors items and after the fact the post printings can run alittle cheaper before they hit the paperback aisle in your local foodmart *shudder to think..lol* at any rate the choice of publisher and the book deal always are reflected in the price. So.. if one has to wait depending on availbility and the house that publishes we might have to wait and see..it just wont be McDonalds with the kids meal this time :-P

    Mis4Margaret we are speaking here from Opus. That is a luxery publishing house. They always publish only a Limedted Edition all thier Books are expensive. They will not become cheaper. This Book will have a wight of 37 Kilograms. the Book Shash Rukh is holding on the Photos from the Event is not only for Promotiom. It is the Book.

    Alright so an interesting debate is happening here. Well, Maya, i believe it is an autobiographical account where Shahrukh will be doing a lot of contributions from himself...thanks Jasmine

    While we are on the subject. I have a limited edition postage stamp set with Russell Crowe on it. It was made available with I believe Nicole Kidman..I forget..anyway..maybe SRK would enjoy the same benefit or should I say attention as a stamp would get :-P He could consider that too.
